Show Notes

My mom was recently diagnosed with an aggressive form of Dementia. The symptoms she’s experiencing and emotional upheaval that has come along with it have been a challenge to navigate. Things have also been seemingly contradictory to what I’ve learned and been teaching for years. Follow my journey as I work through some of the different aspects of being a caregiver to my mom while ensuring I don’t lose myself in the process.

FIRST TIME HERE? Hey, there! I’m Krystal Jakosky - a teacher, writer, and transformational life coach based in CO. I release weekly podcasts about self-care, hard truths, journaling, meditation, and radical self-ownership. All are wholeheartedly welcome here.
